Donating through Gift Aid will allow us to reclaim the tax you have already paid on your donation and will increase the value of your gift.

Donation Details

I would like the Sick Kids to treat this and all future donations as Gift Aid Donations for tax purposes, unless I notify otherwise. - see below.





To qualify for Gift Aid:

You must be a United Kingdom taxpayer.

  • You must pay or have paid an amount of income tax and/or capital gains tax at least equal to the tax that the Sick Kids reclaims on your donations each year.
  • If you pay tax at the higher rate you can claim further tax relief in your Self Assessment tax return.
  • You must notify us if your future donations no longer qualify for Gift Aid

This information may be stored on the Sick Kids Friends Foundation database or that of its authorized agent but will not be shared or used for marketing purposes.
