Spotlight On... Gilly Herbert

Fundraising star Gilly is the brains behind the fantastic Friends and Family Cookbook

The Friends and Family Cookbook was organised by Corstorphine mum-of- three, Gilly Herbert whose daughter Sophia has attended the hospital. The family, with help from their friends, have raised more than £4,000 for the Sick Kids Friends Foundation during the last two years.

The book, which costs £5, is a collection of simple and straightforward recipes and is ideal for all age groups. It is full of a whole host of delicious meals including Darcey's Tottie Leakie Soup, Cameron's Yummy Biryani and Connie's Cupcakes.
