Payroll Giving.....it costs you less to give more to the Sick Kids

Payroll Giving was introduced by the Government in the 1987 Budget as an easy and tax effective way for people to give to charity directly through their pay. Your gift will be worth more to us than it will cost you, as it is deducted before tax.   So, if you give us £10.00 it will be worth £12.80 (with current rates of tax).

Payroll Giving enables the Sick Kids Friends Foundation to plan for the future, knowing that we have a regular income. The taxman boosts your donation, so even the smallest gift would soon add up to a tidy sum.

£5 per month would enable us to buy books for the children and would only cost you £3.90*

£10 per month would enable us to purchase Welcome Presents to help relax children who arrive in hospital and would only cost you £7.80*

£20 per month would enable us to buy Reward Boxes for children who have been brave through difficult procedures and would only cost you £15.60*

It is really easy to get involved in Payroll Giving and it is very flexible. It allows you to give any amount you feel comfortable with and gives you the opportunity to stop at any time. Most imporantly it is tax-free.
